Contingency Service

Sterling Professional Search offers CONTINGENCY SERVICE, which consists of conducting a traditional search involving extensive networking, searching through proprietary databases and interviewing candidates via telephone, in person or other means. This can take days, weeks or sometimes even months depending on the availability of an acceptable candidate.

There is no up front financial investment on the part of the client, however, we request your immediate availability to allow us to present candidates, receive feedback on presented candidates and giving us feedback about the candidate after interviews have occurred. We need complete cooperation in this area since we are investing so much time and so many resources with very little commitment from our client.

Contract / Temp To Perm

Sterling Professional Search offers CONTRACT / TEMP TO PERM SERVICE which consists of bringing candidates in to serve you while they are on our payroll. This service offers you the luxury of getting to know candidates or using them for temporary projects while they are unemployed or in transition. Generally these are project oriented and/or management people with special skills and/or abilities.

Financial Partnering Service

Sterling Professional Search offers a FINANCIAL PARTNERING SERVICE, which consists of a partnering arrangement between Sterling Professional Search and our client. The purpose of partnering is to dedicate guaranteed resources for the purpose of bringing a project to fruition. The benefit to the client is that we can complete projects with a more predictable outcome. The benefit to Sterling Professional Search is that we can focus our resources on identifying the right candidate while knowing that we have an exclusive arrangement with our client. Of course, this involves an up front financial investment as part of the client's commitment to completing the process. The financial commitment ends up becoming part of the fee.
